Will Pakistan confirm it is home to 130 UN designated terrorists: India

India exercised right to reply Saturday at the United Nations and issued a rebuttal to Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan’s threat speech of unleashing nuclear devastation at the UNGA.

First Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, Vidisha Maitra, said the threat of Imran Khan qualifies as brinkmanship not statesmanship.

Vidisha Maitra asked whether Pakistan can confirm it is home to 130 United Nations designated terrorists and even the twenty-five terrorist entities listed.

She asked the country to explain why its Habib Bank had to shut stop businesses in New York after being fined millions of dollars over terror financing.

Adding further the first secretary said will Imran Khan deny he was an open defender of Osama bin Laden.

In 1947 the minority community in Pakistan was 23 percent and now it has been squeezed to just 3 percent. She blamed the systemic persecution, draconian blasphemy laws, forced conversions and blatant abuse for the figure.

The minorities in Pakistan include Christians, Hindus, Ahmadias, Sikhs, Shias, Sindhis, Pashtums and Balochis.

She said, “Do not forget the gruesome genocide perpetrated by Pakistan against its own people in 1971… role played by Lieutenant General AAK Niazi – a sordid fact that the honourable Prime Minister of Bangladesh reminded this assembly about earlier this afternoon.”

Vidisha Maitra further added that removal of Article 370 from the Indian Constitution for the development and integration of Jammu and Kashmir was a ray of peace and never welcomed by Pakistan.
