If you feel you have tried it all but unable to detain them, below are the reasons and tips for acne prevention
Hands-off your face
The first rule is to keep your hands off your face. We often tend to rub our noes, rest our hands on our cheeks this can stimulate the bacteria and germs and will encourage acne. So try and resist the temptation of touching your face every now and then.
Reduce stress
Your body produces stress hormones like cortisol when you are under stress that may stimulate an overflow of oil from the skin glands.
This excess oil encourages acne development by mixing with dead skin cells and bacteria.
So, try to reduce your stress level by taking some time to meditate and drink beverages like chamomile tea that relaxes your nerves and helps you relieve stress.
Stop popping your acne
It is really tempting to pop that whitehead peeking out of the pores, don’t, because it is going to make it worst.
Popping your pimple can cause bleeding, infection, and can cause permanent scarring.
Don’t scrub your face
Remember to gently wash your face twice a day with lukewarm water when you have acne problems.
Do not wash it frequently, because this is only going to leave your skin dry and if you do not scrub your face harshly with soap this will cause breakage in your skin and may increase blemish.
