Its 20th anniversary of Target and the smart world is celebrating it as Target20 in online shopping, staying up late or waking up early. The offers started at 3 a.m. EDT Saturday and some of the tweets of early shoppers confirmed they were able to get most of it.
One of the shoppers tweeted with #Target20, “I got everything that I wanted for myself and my daughter… This was the best roll-out I have experienced with the designer collaborations.”
Some of the online shoppers complained their products were removed from the cart in checkout.
In the first hour of Target20 sales the plus size dresses from the Lilly Pulitzer collection were quick enough to get sold.
The popular brands that Target brought to celebrate its 20th anniversary included Missoni, Anna Sui, Isaac Mizrahi, Zac Posen and Hunter in the categories home decor, kitchen essentials and apparel. the prices for Target20 products ranged from $7 to $160.
