Since March 2020 most of the companies and schools are operating online all thanks to the pandemic. Although schools and colleges have been opened theta are once again being shut down in the wake of the omicron surge. But the IT companies are mostly working remotely ever since the beginning of the pandemic.
As the corona vaccination process continues to accelerate across the country, the new variant of the coronavirus, Omicron, has been thwarted as IT companies are looking to gradually end the work from home in the face of declining corona severity. But once again the employees are confined to their homes.

Meanwhile, a survey conducted by tech talent outlook job site SCIKEY around the world revealed some interesting things about employees working from home.
According to a report on the job site, the majority of employees hit work from home. The survey found that 82 percent of employees tend to work from home. It is said that the report gathered views from more than 100 Sea-Suite and Human Capital leaders from four continents. In addition, Skype has also gathered this information through employee surveys, social media inputs, interviews, and panel discussions.

The HR staff in the respective companies are also limited to working from home. More than 80 percent of HR managers say it can be very difficult for employees to be in a full-time office.
The results show that the arrival of Coronavirus has made significant changes in the past couple of years in employees and the way companies work. The report also shows that staying home has become a new habit for employees. There have been huge changes in the daily routine of employees. Many companies also advertise fitness policies with a focus on employee health.
Employees are also mostly looking for work from home jobs and no one is ready to compromise in office work which has become another problem for employers to find the human resource.
