A new galaxy, a new lord, aliens, outer space, technology, artificial intelligence all these will definitely turn our heads.
Mindblowing sci-fi’s have become everybody’s favorites, sci-fi’s having been ruling the cinematic world for many, many years now.
If you are in search to watch some of the best sci-fi movies you are at the right place. Here are some of the best science-fiction movies ever.
Star Wars
The force has been with us ever since the first Star Wars episode came out in 1977, Star Wars is more like a science-fiction soap opera rather than a movie but nonetheless, we all have and will always love this amazing space movie. Star Wars could be said as the pioneers of sci-fi or space movies.
Nothing would be the same without the wicked empire or the Jedi turned Darth Vader’s. Bursting into galaxies with spaceships, taking out death star, fighting with the lightsaber was an amazing era of movies.
With nine episodes Star Wars franchise came to an end in 2019 with the final episode the rise of Skywalker although there have been many prequels lined up along with series like the Mandalorian, rogue one, solo, and much.
Arrival
This urgency to find answers for the arrival is a mix of terrific work. With Denis Villeneuve on the seat to create this lucid science fiction story, terrific work by Jeremy Renner and Amy Adams, which provides a knockout punch that both brings a spectacular home run as well as a terrific threat.
Aliens come to earth with more than one giant boat and humans have to learn how to interact with strange beings, to figure out what they want.
Amy Adams who is devastated by her daughters’ death has a very big challenge ahead of her, only she can unravel their language and stop them from declaring war against mankind.
The movie has the stellar story of building the first touch with alien creatures which has long been fascinating for mankind but with additional layers of unwrapping.
Interstellar
When you hear the name Christopher Nolan you know you are in for a spectacular show.
Mankind is on the brink of living on earth and when all hopes fade one rise to save that. A beautifully woven story is what interstellar is.
Concerned with the scientific discovery of space travel and the mystery of black holes but it is more than that it shows a beautiful relationship between father and daughter, finding the solution for life.
Not only the sci-fi is stitched perfectly but also the cast of interstellar- Mathew McConaughey, Anne Hathaway, and Jessica Chastain have done some spectacular work.
Guardians of the galaxy
The 2014’s Marvel Cinematic Universe’s tale brought a weird music-loving star lord, a green lady, a raccoon, a towering warrior, and of course our favorite talking tree Groot.
People were very suspicious about the movie when MCU assembled the cast but it turned out to be one of the spectacular comic adoptions ever with Chris Pratt playing the dude-star lord and with Zoe Saldanas’ spectacular Gamora, the Bradley Cooper played raccoon and our fast and furious man Vin diesel himself playing the Groot, ah.. we cannot forget Dave Bautista the former WWE wrestler play Draxx the destroyer all standing together as the guardians of the galaxy in this sci-fi movie.
The movie takes on a very funny, serious, and adventurous route which we sure know you sci-fi fans will roll out for.
Inception
Another Christopher Nolan’s spectacular work, a big cast, a big-budget movie which did absolutely good in the box-office.
Inception took over four continents making it one of the biggest blockbusters of 2010. The sci-fi movie has a lot of heavy stuff, you find yourself looking for answers every time. There are countless avenues to enjoy it, even though you can’t help but wonder at the structure of the film as it is layered upon layers.
Taking place in several layers of mixed reality, Inception imagines the idea of dream technology that enables Leonardo DiCaprio’s Dom Cobb and his team to penetrate sleeping marks and to retrieve information from their unconscious minds. This movie is going to leave your mind-boggling.
