Global sensation Priyanka Chopra Jonas has recently made some changes in her real estate portfolio.
The Indian actress has assets worth crores. She has properties in Mumbai, New York, and Goa. But recently, she sold two of her apartments. But also gave up her office space for rent in Mumbai. She is the only Indian to make the list of Hoppers Instagram Richlist 2021, along with cricketer Virat Kohli. She graced the 27th place among the rich list.
A flat on the seventh floor of a building in Andheri, Maharashtra, was sold by Priyanka for Rs 3 crore in March this year. Another apartment on the same floor was sold for Rs 4 crore. Priyanka took seven crores from these two sales. According to the documents, a stamp duty of ₹ 9 lakh and ₹ 12 lakh was paid for the registration.
Priyanka also gave her two-story office in Oshiwara up for rent in June. The 2040 sq ft building costs ₹ 2.11 lakh per month to rent.
Selling and buying properties is nothing new for the Quantico star. In February last year, a house in West Andheri was sold for ₹ 2 crores, while Priyanka was previously staying in Juhu’s apartment in Mumbai.
She married Nick Jonas in 2018 and lived there with her husband for a while. The couple later moved to Los Angeles to their expensive Los Angeles home.

She also has tested her luck in the music industry by collabing with pitbull for the song Exotic and In my city with will.i.am with millions of views on YouTube.
