As well as discussing the coffee trade. It is also a day to declare support for those all those baristas who serve those happy cups of coffee every day no matter how their day is.
How many cups of coffee can you drink per day? An average person would say one or two but people who love coffee go overboard by exceeding four to five cups per day which is not really going to have a good effect on your health. Besides, if you look on the brighter side there are also some benefits of drinking coffee unless you are overdosing on it.
One cup of coffee contains hundreds of biochemicals. Caffeine, diet pins, and diphenols keep the body active. Drinking a cup of coffee makes a slight difference in the body. But it depends on the people.
