  • Consume vegetables, legumes, and fewer sugar fruits.

  • fast at least once a month (This is only for those who do not have diabetes)

  • Don’t consume Highly polished rice, fries, alcohol, sugar cane juice, sour foods, tamarind, yogurt, butter, cheese, beet curries, and high-fat ingredients should not be used.
  • Don’t stay up all night and sleeping more during the day,
  • smoking and drinking should be checked out of your list.

There are savior diseases that can be cured through treatment but diabetes is not one of them you need to ensure that you are under your limits and you are taking proper measures to keep yourself safe and healthy.
