Its the birth new kind of politics that shows people desperately looking for practical changes in health care sector, schools, water and city bus services. Aam Aadmin Party has proved to be a Mesiah to handle such demands and this resulted its grand win again in the state’s assembly election with 63 or 70 seats.

More to this, the election results today sent a clear message to the Bharatiya Janata Party to have local leaders for local issues.

It is a warning to BJP not to rely only on Prime Minister Narendra Modi and also to rethink the polarising strategy.

The people of Delhi voted for Arvind Kejriwal-led AAP for its good work irrespective of caste, creed and religion.

The performance of Congress is very pathetic and its vote share was less than 5 percent. The party’s 63 candidates are learned to have lost their deposits. Devender Yadav from Badli, Arvinder Singh Lovely from Gandhi Nagar and Abhishek Dutt from Kasturba Nagar are the only three candidates of Congress who are able to save their deposits.

The party which ruled Delhi for 15 years failed to open its account for the second consecutive time. Most of its candidates received less than 5 percent of votes.

Sheila Dikshit’s son Sandeep Dikshit said internal politics in Congress are responsible for failure.

Congress leaders Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and Rahul Gandhi campaigned just for two or three days for the elections.
