Ingredients
- Minced chicken
- 250 grams of onions chopped in rings
- Grated spring onions
- A tablespoon of garlic
- A tablespoon of Chili
- Salt for taste
- A cup of flour
- Half cup of Cheese
- Bread crumbs
- ½ Eggs
- oil for deep frying
Method Of Preparation
- Pre-wash the minced chicken in a bowl and add spring onion, garlic, chili, and salt to taste
- Add a pinch of salt to the flour, add the chopped onion pieces and keep it aside
- Separate the egg yolk from the egg white give it a quick whip and place it aside in a bowl along with breadcrumbs
- Now for the onion rings. Put the minced chicken and cheese together and mix them together
- Once done start giving the mixture a shape. First press it into a ball and later create a hole in the middle and start circling the mixture once you have got the perfect shape of donut you are good to go
- Dip the onion ring into the egg yolk and then cover it with bread crumbs and place it in the refrigerator for fifteen minutes to chill
- Heating enough oil for deep frying, and take out the resting onion rings
- Fry the onion rings until they turn golden brown

Fish Cutlet With Rice

Ingredients Required
- Your choice of fish without bone
- ¾ cup of rice
- One egg
- Two soaked bread slices
- spring onion stalks – four
- pepper, salt for taste
- required oil for deep fry
Method Of Preparation
- Your first step is to cook the rice until it’s soft. Add the required amount of salt for the water while cooking the rice
- Take boneless pre-prepped fish or cook the fish and remove all the bones.
- Add egg yolk, pepper powder, soaked bread, chopped cilantro, spring onion pieces, boiled rice and mix well.
- Apply a little oil to your hands and press the mixture in the shape of patty or cutlet
- Add a little oil (just enough to fry not deep fry) fry both sides on low heat for ten minutes
