With growing beauty brands advertisements and promo claiming to be the best beauty products and blah…blah… all these tempt you so much that you start using products randomly without understanding how sensitive your skin is and how much harsh chemicals in different products in different level can harm your skin.
You have to let your skin breathe get enough air and space for it to recover instead of crowding it with makeup and exfoliating with scrubs and masks.
But all these products won’t solve your skin problems as they claim to do.
Here are some ways to make your skin healthy, shiny, and perfect without using any products.
Limit exposure to the sun
90 percent of the skin cells are damaged due to exposure to sunlight and this can even cause skin cancer. Yes, sunscreens work up to some extent they are not as effective as they claim to be the best way is to avoid the sun as much as possible considering the damage it could do limit your time in the bright light and seek shelter.
Satin and silk pillowcase
Sleeping on unwashed pillowcases can cause acne breakout and create wrinkles aging your skin hence, you got to wash your pillowcases very frequently.
Otherwise switch to alternative options by using satin and silk pillowcases that won’t stick to your skin instead just slides off minimizing any skin damage.
Drink water
Staying hydrated is super important. It might not directly affect your skin but it helps remove toxins in your body, decrease puffiness, help your kidney function properly, and even help in reducing skin conditions.
Say bye to sugar
Refine products are not only unhealthy for your health but for your skin too, consuming too much sugar can cause inflammation.

Clean your makeup brushes
You know to put on makeup but you don’t remember to clean your brushes, how sad. You know how much makeup hunk, dust, oil, bacteria left in your makeup brushes can open pores and cause inflammation.
