Manchester United is looking for a new forward and it is learned Lille’s Nicolas Pepe is the first preference. The club is in fact showing more interest in younger players who have potential.
Meanwhile, it is learned through Zinedine Zidane that Gareth Bale could be departing from Real Madrid. The cause is yet to be revealed.
The player was left out of the squad and Zidane briefed the press saying, “Bale did not play because he is very close to an exit. We hope he can leave soon, it is even possible tomorrow. We are working to finalize his move to a new team.”
It is not disclosed how much the Real Madrid would make off Bale’s sale, but it is now confirmed the story of both is now coming to an end.
Apart from these two updates, it is learned Manchester United is likely to announce new 6-year contract for goalkeeper David de Gea and it could cost 117 million pound to the club.
In 4 of 6 years David de Gea has been voted club’s Player of the Year. He was out of form last season.
Romelu Lukaku may quit Manchester United this summer and Solskjaer is believed to be happy with it.
Currently the club is in China on pre-season tour. On Thursday it will take on Premier League side Tottenham.
